SetFullTechTree

Write the full-tech-tree flag in local lobby options.

options:SetFullTechTree(value)

Inputs: value uses Lua truthiness: nil and false write false; every other value writes true.

Output: true when the local lobby options write succeeds; otherwise false. This does not confirm replication or host acceptance.

Errors and unavailable states: An unavailable lobby, active match, missing layout, or failed write returns false. Lua truthiness is used for value; its type does not raise an argument error.
