SendAllBackToWork(townCenter) · SendAllBackToWorkTracked(townCenter)

Input: townCenter is an owned town-center object.

Description: Requests that all protected workers return to work. This is a distinct command from SendBackToWork; admission does not show that every worker moved.

Output: SendAllBackToWork returns true for queue admission, otherwise false. SendAllBackToWorkTracked returns accepted, receipt.

Errors: Wrong Lua argument types raise an argument error. Invalid town center, missing layout, or changed session rejects. A tracked receipt gives the rejection reason when available.
